Responsibilities

• Staffing, program development, budget development and monitoring
• Program evaluation, quality assurance, risk management
• Marketing support relating to the program
• Responsible for a defined percentage of patient care on a regular basis

Requirements

• Current license as a PT, OT or SLP in state where hospital resides is required
• Current BLS certification is required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years in supervisory role preferred
