Position Summary
As the Director of Rehabilitation, you are responsible for organizing, developing, managing, and directing the overall operations of the Rehabilitation Service Department. You will ensure residents achieve optimal physical function and meet goals set by physicians and therapists. You must follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice.
Education/Qualifications
Must possess a valid and current license as a therapist or therapist assistant granted from the state of employment. Minimum two (2) years of experience in a therapy role in a hospital, rehabilitation community, or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.
Shift & Wage
- Full-Time Opportunity Available.
- Shifts Needed: Varies.
- Wage: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour.
