Director of Rehabilitation
About the role
Eastern Montana Veteran's Home in Glendive, MT is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation to join our supportive, high-performing therapy team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the therapy staff
- Ensure the facility meets accreditation and licensing requirements
Requirements
- Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) in Montana (or eligible to become licensed)
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred
Qualifications
- Strong clinical background in rehabilitation therapy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes
Skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
