Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise therapy staff, including Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP)
- Ensure all therapy personnel maintain active licensure and meet federal, state, and facility regulatory standards
- Oversee therapy documentation, scheduling, billing coordination, and quality assurance audits
- Maintain high clinical standards while driving operational efficiency and performance metrics
- Develop and implement innovative therapy programs to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership to support facility-wide goals and quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Candidates must hold a current PT, PTA, OT, or SLP license
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program applicable to their licensure
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct patient care experience
- At least one (1) year of management or supervisory experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred, or demonstrated leadership within a clinical role
- Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills
