Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide leadership and mentorship to therapy staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident progress
• Participate in staff meetings and departmental initiatives

Requirements

• Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) in South Dakota (or eligible to become licensed)
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred

Qualifications

• Strong clinical background
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing quality care to seniors
