About the role

The Director of Rehabilitation will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary rehab team, manage daily operations, implement evidence-based clinical pathways, and deliver compassionate, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary rehab team
• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth department flow
• Implement evidence-based clinical pathways to drive high-quality outcomes
• Deliver compassionate, person-centered care with a strong support system

Requirements

• Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
• CPR Certification (requirement varies based on State/location)
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire
• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred
• Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
• Strives to positively represent their discipline and Consonus Rehab in the community

Qualifications

Salary Range: $39 - $51/hr
