Director of Rehab (Sign on Bonus!) - Full Time
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy, with a bachelor's or associate degree.
- Active state license required to start.
- Experience leading or supervising clinical staff in an outpatient setting.
- Experience managing pediatric (including 8-10 year olds and adolescent athletes) and geriatric patient populations.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60-65 visits per week, with an average productivity of about 1.7 patients per hour and 1:1 patient care model.
- Experience scheduling/evaluating 1-hour evaluations that book on the hour.
- Experience working with or supervising PTAs and therapy technicians/techs to meet productivity targets.
- Experience collaborating with schools or athletic programs for sideline coverage and athlete checkups is preferred.
- Availability to work days, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for alternative weekly schedules.
