Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy, with a bachelor’s or higher degree.
  • Active state PT license required to start.
  • 1-5 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
  • Experience supervising or leading clinical staff, including PTAs and technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train staff.
  • Develop therapy strategies.
  • Evaluate patient care.
  • Coordinate rehabilitation services.

  • Outpatient clinic in Conroe, TX near Conroe Proper and the hospital, offering aquatic therapy.
