Director of Rehab (Sign on Bonus) - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client.

About the role

You will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services in an outpatient clinic located in a beautiful country-style area with relationships with local high schools to partner for sideline games.

Patient mix includes school-aged children (8–10 year olds), athletes, and geriatric patients. The caseload averages approximately 60–65 visits per week; evaluations are scheduled for one hour and booked on the hour.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train physical therapy staff
• Develop and implement therapy strategies
• Evaluate patient care and coordinate rehabilitation services
• Supervise and mentor PTs, PTAs, and support staff
• Manage a caseload averaging 60–65 visits per week with tech support

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s or higher required where applicable)
• Active Texas PT license required to start
• Previous leadership or clinic management experience preferred
• Clinical experience treating a mixed outpatient population including pediatrics (school-aged), athletes/orthopedic sports, and geriatrics
• Familiarity with outpatient clinic equipment and programs such as squat racks, rubber flooring, sleds, slam balls, parallel bars, aquatic therapy, and dry needling
