Director of Rehab (DOR) - Post-Acute Rehab (SNF) - Full-Time

Description

The Director of Rehab oversees clinical operations, compliance, and team performance within a skilled nursing facility. This role is suitable for a motivated clinician with leadership experience in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a PTA or COTA, but PT, OT, SLP candidates are also considered.

Requirements

• Lead daily therapy operations, clinical programming, and financial performance
• Ensure staffing coverage and supervise team performance
• Oversee compliance, audits, documentation accuracy, and month-end processes
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
• Participate in facility meetings (UR, QA, Rehab, Falls)
• Manage departmental resources and reporting
• Maintain high standards of patient care and professional excellence
