Director of Rehab (DOR)

About the role

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations. You will be part of a growing team providing the highest quality care for patients in a skilled-nursing-facility (SNF) setting, ensuring the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered efficiently while achieving the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of therapists and assistants (including Enhance staff and contract labor).
• Effectively communicate with the management team, including other Directors and Regional managers.
• Ensure the standard of clinical services delivered adheres to evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, and positive outcomes.
• Responsible for the hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor.
• Provide excellent customer service to the location team, deliver reports, and develop and implement programs appropriate for the patient population.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients and families.
