Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers across multiple territories.
  • Drive sales performance through regular coaching, performance management, and pipeline reviews.
  • Establish and maintain accountability around forecasting, CRM utilization, sales activity, and quota attainment.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop regional sales strategies, territory plans, and growth initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer retention, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
  • Develop annual business plans, sales objectives, and regional budgets.
  • Foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with direct responsibility for managing and developing sales teams.
  • Proven success leading regional or multi-territory sales organizations.
  • Experience within transportation, logistics, trucking, intermodal, fleet, leasing, or related industries.
  • Strong background in sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance coaching.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50–75% as needed.
  • Experience leading sales teams through periods of rapid growth and organizational expansion.
  • Background in equipment leasing, transportation services, asset-based solutions, or other complex B2B sales environments.
  • Track record of developing future sales leaders and building scalable sales processes.
  • Ability to travel as needed and attend in-person meetings with Regional Sales Managers across the country.
  • Experience in equipment leasing is a HUGE plus!

Pay

This position pays $145k-$165k as a base salary, depending on experience, plus 30% bonus eligibility, and offers a full suite of benefits, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), and PTO.

Schedule

This is a remote position with frequent travel (on the road 60% of the time) and travel across territories nationwide.
