Director of Quality Assurance – Maryhaven: Columbus, OH

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
• Lead successful recertification, licensing, accreditation, and auditing with CARF and OhioMHAS.
• Review systems, evaluate quality, and ensure compliance with contracts, standards, and certifications.
• Serve as Client Rights Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer.
• Direct program evaluation activities, including evaluation of client satisfaction and service outcomes.
• Coordinate and submit funding and licensure applications and related reports.
• Manage electronic health records system and administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or behavioral healthcare field.
• Two years of experience in quality assurance, project management, and planning in a healthcare, behavioral healthcare, or human service agency.
• Three years’ experience in the direct provision, administration, or management in healthcare or behavioral healthcare preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
