Director of Pursuit & Proposals

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals and pitch materials for priority opportunities
• Define win strategies and messages that differentiate the firm
• Align overall strategy to specific client needs and context
• Coach teams on pitch flow and presentation readiness
• Provide leadership for high-importance pursuits
• Project manage large or cross-functional pursuits
• Standardize pursuit processes for scalability and efficiency

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing or business development with specific focus on pursuits and proposals
• 5+ years of management experience in related roles
• Demonstrated experience in writing and editing proposals
• Strong working knowledge of pursuit technologies like Templify and Foundation
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably with legal or professional services background

Pay

$260,000 – $320,000 annually
