Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all contracts and statements of work.
• Provide direct supervision for programs assigned.
• Develop, for approval, program goals and objectives on an annual basis.
• Supervise and monitor the implementation and ongoing use of approved curricula for the program.
• Develop and maintain effective client services and reporting in compliance with VOA-TX program and funding source requirements.
• Audit, as needed, client files, client logs, Standard Operating Procedures, etc., and report any deficiencies back to staff.
• Assist in maintaining and responding to reporting requirements of the sponsoring agencies.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all funding sources, regulatory and other community agency representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services or related field with four years of transferable experience.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License, clear MVR and ability to be insured.
