Responsibilities
- Develop server‑side logic, including APIs and views.
- Integrate third‑party APIs.
- Implement source‑control workflows using Git or SVN.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or equivalent tools.
- Perform unit and integrated testing, scaffolding and automating web and backend services during CI/CD execution.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express (or similar frameworks), and JavaScript.
- Deep knowledge of server‑side templating languages and front‑end technologies including React.js, HTML5, CSS, and fundamental design principles.
- Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis.
- Good understanding of micro‑service architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with source‑control systems (Git or SVN).
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Ability to write and execute unit and integration tests, and to automate testing within CI/CD pipelines.
