Director of Product Marketing – Genius (Small Business & Retail)

Join us and you step into a company that is shaping the future of commerce at scale. As Director of Product Marketing for Genius, our fast-growing point of sale (POS) business, you will shape how small businesses discover, adopt and succeed with our solutions.
Responsibilities
- Shape and scale the go-to-market strategy for Genius, driving product adoption, revenue growth and market share across priority customer segments
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of product marketers, creating a culture of ownership, innovation and continuous development
- Define differentiated product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates value and wins in competitive markets
- Orchestrate product launches that deliver measurable impact, from awareness through to product usage and commercial success
- Build segmentation frameworks that unlock new growth opportunities, using data to identify high-potential markets and expansion paths
- Turn market, customer and competitive insights into clear strategies that influence product direction and business outcomes
- Enable sales teams to win by creating impactful tools, narratives and experiences that strengthen the buyer journey and accelerate deal success
- Track and optimize performance, using insights such as win rates and adoption metrics to continuously improve strategy and deliver results
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong track record of driving go-to-market success and product growth
- Proven success launching and scaling products within multinational or global organizations
- Deep understanding of the retail industry and point of sale ecosystems
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate market insights into growth strategies and measurable outcomes
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across product, sales and marketing
- Analytical thinking and financial acumen, with the ability to size markets and prioritize opportunities effectively
- A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to lead, challenge and create impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven leadership experience in product marketing roles
- Experience in developing and executing product marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Pay
$170,000 - $180,000 base salary, based on location, experience and job-related factors.
