About the role
The role of Director of Product Marketing – Cloud AI is a highly visible leadership position at Arm, focusing on defining and driving the go-to-market strategy for Arm's Cloud AI products and solutions. This includes the Arm AGI CPU, Neoverse CSS, CPU IP, and associated platform and ecosystem solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of compelling, strategic messaging and positioning for Arm’s Cloud AI portfolio.
- Drive execution of marketing plans, product launches, and partner campaigns with speed, precision, and clarity.
- Translate complex technology into differentiated customer value, connecting performance, power efficiency, software, system architecture, and TCO to the needs of cloud and AI infrastructure customers.
- Shape Arm’s product narrative for AI infrastructure, including the evolving role of the CPU in heterogeneous and agentic AI systems.
- Create high-impact content across channels, including blogs, events, presentations, web copy, solution briefs, sales enablement, and executive communications, while supporting PR and AR activities.
- Provide product marketing leadership across the organization, raising the bar for positioning, storytelling, launch excellence, and cross-functional execution.
Requirements
- Proven track record in technology product marketing, ideally within cloud, AI, data center or enterprise compute segments.
- Deep understanding of AI, cloud, data center, networking, or HPC infrastructure markets, including ecosystem dynamics and business models.
- Technical fluency in computing platforms, including CPUs and preferably accelerators (e.g., GPUs, NPUs, DPUs).
- Proven ability to develop differentiated positioning and messaging that translates complex technical capabilities into compelling customer and business value.
- Demonstrated success leading major technology product launches and developing product marketing programs across the product lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and engage audiences ranging from deeply technical teams to executives.
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience with Arm technologies (e.g., Neoverse CSS or CPU IP) or competitor data center, cloud platforms.
- Established relationships across the Arm infrastructure ecosystem (e.g., hyperscalers, silicon partners, ISVs, OEMs).
- Demonstrated ability to challenge skillfully, navigate ambiguity, and translate strategy into focused execution.
- Demonstrated ability to shape product narratives in highly competitive and rapidly evolving technology markets.
- Strong understanding of the evolving AI workload landscape and the roles of CPUs, GPUs, memory, interconnects and other accelerators in cloud and AI infrastructure.
- Passion for building diverse, supportive teams and contributing to a culture of candid feedback and high standards.
