The Role
We're seeking a Director of Software Product Management to lead our software roadmap and enhance the user experience of our products. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs and the ability to influence decision-making across various departments.

Requirements
- Computer Science or Embedded Engineering background
- At least 5 years of experience in product management
- Experience leading a team of 5+ direct reports
- Drive processes and take action-oriented approaches
- Enable team members to perform at their best
