Team Leadership, Cross-Functional Execution & Change Management
Lead and develop a team of 3-5 Product Managers, setting clear expectations, investing in their growth, and creating an environment where accountability and development go hand in hand.
Partner with the executive team to keep team structure, capacity, and skills aligned to strategic priorities as the organization evolves.
Cross-Functional Execution & Change Management
Serve as the primary product voice in Rev Cycle Platform decisions, cutting through misalignment between Engineering roadmaps, Revenue commitments, and customer expectations.
Drive coordinated execution across Engineering, Revenue, Clinical, and Compliance, aligning priorities and creating conditions for teams to move with clarity and confidence.
Lead through organizational change with credibility and care, building shared ownership and lasting momentum across functions.
Translate product strategy into clear, time-bound delivery plans that give engineering direction and executives confidence.
PM Judgment
Know when AI and ML are the right answer and when they are not and apply that judgment rigorously before any capability investment is made.
Use AI tools to compress research, surface signals, and accelerate synthesis while owning the calls that technology cannot make.
Make prioritization criteria explicit and repeatable across the team so that decision quality scales with execution pace.
