About the role

The Director of Product Management will lead the strategy and execution for a key set of products within the Cortellis R&D portfolio. This role focuses on defining direction, aligning teams, and driving outcomes across a portfolio that may evolve over time.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy across a portfolio, translating market dynamics, customer needs, and business priorities into actionable roadmaps and investment decisions.
  • Lead Product Execution and Delivery: Ensure consistent and effective product practices across discovery, prioritization, and delivery, working closely with engineering and UX teams to deliver high quality, impactful outcomes.
  • Shape AI-Driven Innovation: Drive the adoption of AI capabilities across the product area, partnering with engineering and data science teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI powered features.
  • Champion Customer and Market Insight: Act as the voice of the customer by building strong engagement and feedback loops, ensuring product decisions are grounded in real workflows, usage data, and competitive insights.
  • Partner on Go-to-Market and Commercial Success: Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and customer facing teams to define positioning, support product launches, and ensure alignment between product strategy and commercial execution.
  • Lead and Influence Cross-Functionally: Align stakeholders across product, engineering, UX, data science, and commercial teams, driving clear prioritization and strategic decision making.
  • Manage Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with external partners and vendors, identifying opportunities to enhance capabilities and accelerate delivery through collaboration.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in product management, including leadership roles. Enterprise product experience (building and scaling products used by large, complex organizations). Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in a multi-stakeholder, cross-functional environment. Experience delivering AI-powered product capabilities in production environments. Experience working with cross functional teams across product, engineering, and commercial functions in a matrix environment. Experience presenting product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or data/analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Experience in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, or workflow driven products.
