About the role
The Director of Product Management will lead the strategy and execution for a key set of products within the Cortellis R&D portfolio. This role focuses on defining direction, aligning teams, and driving outcomes across a portfolio that may evolve over time.
Responsibilities
- Drive Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy across a portfolio, translating market dynamics, customer needs, and business priorities into actionable roadmaps and investment decisions.
- Lead Product Execution and Delivery: Ensure consistent and effective product practices across discovery, prioritization, and delivery, working closely with engineering and UX teams to deliver high quality, impactful outcomes.
- Shape AI-Driven Innovation: Drive the adoption of AI capabilities across the product area, partnering with engineering and data science teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI powered features.
- Champion Customer and Market Insight: Act as the voice of the customer by building strong engagement and feedback loops, ensuring product decisions are grounded in real workflows, usage data, and competitive insights.
- Partner on Go-to-Market and Commercial Success: Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and customer facing teams to define positioning, support product launches, and ensure alignment between product strategy and commercial execution.
- Lead and Influence Cross-Functionally: Align stakeholders across product, engineering, UX, data science, and commercial teams, driving clear prioritization and strategic decision making.
- Manage Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with external partners and vendors, identifying opportunities to enhance capabilities and accelerate delivery through collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in product management, including leadership roles.
- Enterprise product experience (building and scaling products used by large, complex organizations).
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in a multi-stakeholder, cross-functional environment.
- Experience delivering AI-powered product capabilities in production environments.
- Experience working with cross functional teams across product, engineering, and commercial functions in a matrix environment.
- Experience presenting product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or data/analytics platforms.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Experience in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, or workflow driven products.
