Director of Product Management, EHR

About the role

Help shape the clinical product experience at the center of home-based care. As Director, Product Management — EHR / Clinical, you'll lead the EHR and clinical work stream, owning the investment case for clinical product, the roadmap the company commits to externally, and the product managers and product owners who deliver it. You'll partner with finance, executive leadership, product, design and clinical regulatory teams to determine where to invest, what the company can confidently promise, and how to respond to changing healthcare requirements. Your work will directly influence the software clinicians use every day to document care, manage medications and orders, and complete critical workflows in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Build and defend the investment case for the EHR and clinical work stream, including capital requests, business cases and ROI models.
• Allocate approved capital across teams and initiatives, rebalancing investments as priorities change while remaining accountable for spend and outcomes.
• Own the work stream roadmap and establish clear readiness tiers so external commitments reflect an honest level of confidence.
• Resolve sequencing and dependency conflicts across teams and escalate issues that cross work streams.
