Director of Product Management

We are seeking an executive-level leader to oversee a high-performing product organization and drive the strategy, growth, and profitability of a diverse technical product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term product and category strategies that drive revenue growth and market differentiation.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Data Specialists while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Drive portfolio management, product lifecycle strategy, pricing optimization, and margin performance.
• Own strategic supplier relationships, contract governance, and commercial negotiations.
• Lead new product introduction (NPI) initiatives from concept through commercialization and adoption.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven investment decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Product Management, Category Management, or a related field.
• Proven success developing product strategies and managing profitable product portfolios.
• Strong experience in supplier management, pricing strategy, and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to translate market, supplier, and financial data into strategic business decisions.
• Experience within technical distribution, industrial products, manufacturing, HVAC, building automation, or similar industries is highly preferred.
