Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key product area, aligned with broader company and platform objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering strong product practices, customer focus, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to translate product strategy into clear priorities and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade capabilities.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to support successful product launches, adoption, and growth.
- Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand their challenges, validate product direction, and identify opportunities to deliver greater value.
- Translate customer insights, market trends, competitive dynamics, and business priorities into product requirements, roadmap decisions, and investment recommendations.
- Define and monitor product success metrics, using customer feedback, product analytics, and business performance to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
- Lead roadmap planning and communication, clearly articulating priorities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and expected outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to develop positioning, enable field teams, and support customer adoption and commercial success.
- Represent the product in customer meetings, executive briefings, analyst conversations, and other external engagements as appropriate.
- Identify technology partnerships and ecosystem opportunities that can accelerate product capabilities and customer value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of product management experience, including experience leading enterprise software products from strategy through execution and 3+ years managing Product Managers.
- Proven experience defining and executing product strategy for complex enterprise software or cybersecurity products.
- Demonstrated success leading products from strategy and discovery through development, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
- Experience managing and developing Product Managers while remaining actively engaged in product strategy and execution.
- Strong ability to influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of enterprise customer needs, buying processes, and administrative workflows.
- Strong strategic and product judgment, with the ability to balance customer needs, technical considerations, competitive dynamics, and commercial priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using customer feedback, market research, competitive insights, and product data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes to technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers, partners, and other external stakeholders.

Pay
Base Pay Ranges:
- SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area: $213,600.00 - $313,280.00 USD
- California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska: $176,200.00 - $258,390.00 USD
- All other cities and states excluding those listed above: $157,400.00 - $230,890.00 USD
This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
