  • Experience in EdTech or GovTech product environments.
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to build business cases, define KPI frameworks, and translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Deep experience in Agile/Scrum product development methodologies and product management tooling.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and scale high-performance product teams.
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into product strategy and/or technology products.
  • MBA preferred.

  • In Public Safety, Government, or Adjacent Regulated Markets.
  • Experience with LMS systems, online course delivery technologies such as SCORM, and SaaS-enabled offline training workflows and records management.
  • Management consulting experience.
  • Agile certifications: Agile Scrum Product Owner, Scaled Agile, or PMI-ACP.
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification.
  • Experience supporting M&A evaluation or post-acquisition integration.
  • Familiarity with law enforcement and fire department training workflows, including Field Training Officer (FTO) programs and skills-based training tracking.
