• Proven experience leading a high-powered team with strong mentorship capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Successful track record as a product manager in a small high-growth startup where hands-on individual contributorship was required
• Demonstrated strategic thinking with proven decisions from the perspective of what’s best for the company
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Able to transform analytical information into product-driven action plans
• Able to travel up to 15% of the time
