Director of Product Management (Agentic Data Security)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Product Management (Agentic Data Security) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will define and scale a new security-focused product line at the intersection of data protection and AI agents. The role will partner closely with engineering, design, sales, customer experience, and executive leadership to shape strategy, guide execution, and drive commercial outcomes. It is a highly cross-functional opportunity for a product leader who can move from vision to launch while staying grounded in enterprise security needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic data security product line from vision to P&L outcomes
• Define new data security measures focused on AI agents
• Translate the company's advantages into actionable agentic use cases
• Manage the design partner program and guide the product through beta to general availability
• Collaborate with engineering and design for timely product releases
• Engage with sales and customer experience teams on pricing and positioning
• Represent the product at industry events and in discussions with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years in security products
• Experience launching new products and driving revenue growth
• Depth in data security solutions such as DLP, DSPM, or insider risk
• Familiarity with AI agents and their deployment in enterprise environments
• Proven success shipping enterprise-level security products
• Ability to engage at both strategic and technical levels
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
