Director of Product, Infrastructure and Developer Productivity

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy for infrastructure and developer productivity
• Partner with engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps
• Advocate for AI-first engineering practices and tooling
• Enhance infrastructure to support enterprise capabilities
• Improve reliability metrics and processes
• Manage a lean technical product management team

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Deep technical fluency in infrastructure and developer platforms
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies
• Ability to collaborate with senior engineering leaders
• Experience in AI-powered developer tooling and agentic system design
• Strong product judgment and capacity for prioritization
