Director of Product, Homebuyer & Estimator Experiences

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director Of Product Homebuyer & Estimator Experiences to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing team of product managers
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Showroom and Estimate
• Shape the end-to-end homebuyer experience for configuration and estimating
• Integrate AI to enhance the buyer journey with intelligent recommendations
• Own key metrics for product performance, engagement, and business impact
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market needs and opportunities
• Mentor product managers to foster a robust product organization
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the field

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, leading multiple product areas or teams
• 4+ years of people management experience, including coaching and developing product managers
• Proven track record of shipping products that drive measurable business outcomes
• Strong design judgment paired with product thinking for intuitive and quality experiences
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across various disciplines
• Strong product instincts for user experiences and backend operational systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
