Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the PC gaming market, including various ecosystems and monetization patterns
  • Lead product vision and strategy to ensure strong alignment with the company’s strengths and customer value
  • Manage design and engineering teams to build user-centric, high-quality products that meet business goals
  • Navigate between strategic planning and practical implementation, translating plans into actionable roadmaps
  • Communicate product plans, customer value, and trade-offs to diverse audiences effectively
  • Establish thought leadership within the gaming industry to leverage emerging opportunities
  • Define product performance metrics to validate decisions and guide the roadmap based on data

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record
  • 5+ years in the video gaming industry, familiar with PC/desktop gaming ecosystems
  • Passion for or deep interest in gaming
  • 5+ years managing cross-disciplinary teams; evidence of strong leadership skills
  • Experience in building and scaling early-stage products based on customer insights
  • Ability to define and prioritize product metrics effectively
  • Comfort in representing the product externally via various platforms
