Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the PC gaming market, including various ecosystems and monetization patterns
- Lead product vision and strategy to ensure strong alignment with the company’s strengths and customer value
- Manage design and engineering teams to build user-centric, high-quality products that meet business goals
- Navigate between strategic planning and practical implementation, translating plans into actionable roadmaps
- Communicate product plans, customer value, and trade-offs to diverse audiences effectively
- Establish thought leadership within the gaming industry to leverage emerging opportunities
- Define product performance metrics to validate decisions and guide the roadmap based on data
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record
- 5+ years in the video gaming industry, familiar with PC/desktop gaming ecosystems
- Passion for or deep interest in gaming
- 5+ years managing cross-disciplinary teams; evidence of strong leadership skills
- Experience in building and scaling early-stage products based on customer insights
- Ability to define and prioritize product metrics effectively
- Comfort in representing the product externally via various platforms
