The Director of Product, Gaming (New Products) role is based in the United States. This is a senior product leadership role focused on defining and launching new gaming initiatives at the intersection of PC gaming and the open web. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new gaming-focused product area.
  2. Build and scale early-stage products by translating high-level strategy into actionable plans for design, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
  3. Lead and manage distributed product teams, fostering strong collaboration between design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of the PC gaming ecosystem, including audience segments, distribution channels, and monetization models, to inform product direction.
  5. Establish and own key product metrics, leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative data to guide prioritization and decision-making.
  6. Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and performance clearly to leadership, cross-functional partners, and external audiences when needed.
  7. Drive alignment across stakeholders, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a strong point of view on product success factors.

Requirements include:

  • 7+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering successful consumer or platform products.
  • 5+ years of experience in or closely around the video gaming industry, ideally with exposure to PC/desktop gaming ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience building 0→1 products or launching new business lines, including early product-market fit discovery and scaling.
  • 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams with proven people leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking product metrics to inform strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in both strategic and executional contexts, moving seamlessly between vision-setting and hands-on delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Passion for gaming and strong understanding of player behavior, market trends, and gaming communities.
