Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall strategic product plan, including product life cycle strategies, portfolio management, and product positioning.
• As the voice of the customer to ensure that user needs are incorporated into product planning and design.
• Work cross-functionally to coordinate the development, launch, refresh, and retirement of products.
• Manage product profitability and financial metrics, including revenue forecasting, price analysis, and margin optimization.
• Leverage market data, research, and stakeholder feedback to improve product offerings and user experience.
• Oversee and manage a high performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, with an MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with 5 years in a leadership role within a technology focused, customer driven organization.
• Experience in managing product lines, setting pricing strategies, and understanding customer needs.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products to the market, and a strong technical background with the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high performance team.
