Director of Product

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a healthcare platform integrating with EHR systems.
• Drive development of innovative workflows and user interfaces that enhance provider and patient experiences beyond standard EHR functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.
• Leverage emerging AI technologies to create forward-thinking product capabilities and improve efficiency.
• Translate customer and market insights into actionable product enhancements and features.
• Guide product lifecycle from ideation through launch, iteration, and optimization.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong leadership background.
• Proven experience working within healthcare technology, specifically with EHR integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to build or scale platforms that complement EHR systems with additional workflows and capabilities.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience leveraging AI in product development.
• Previous startup experience with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Pay

$200,000 - $235,000 base salary + Bonus + Equity

Schedule

This role can be performed remotely, but requires living in the Washington DC area and traveling for meetings.
