Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO and Exec team to translate their vision and strategy into clear product direction, priorities, and execution plans.
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with Fresh Tri’s mission, business objectives, and market opportunities.
- Lead and align Product, UX, Product Operations and Data Analytics under a unified strategic roadmap.
- Balance visionary, long-term initiatives with short-term execution that delivers tangible business impact.
- Translate the Iterative Mindset Method and habenular neuroscientific principles into the design and development of the product.
- Identify opportunities for innovation across consumer and partner-facing experiences through a combination of qualitative research, quantitative insights, and iterative experimentation.
- Directly manage, develop, and inspire high-performing teams across Product Management, UX Design & Research.
- Act as a strong player-coach, balancing individual product management execution with formal people leadership and mentorship.
- Foster a culture where design research, user empathy, and data-driven experimentation are central to how product decisions are made.
- Implement scalable product development processes that support speed, quality, and cross-functional alignment.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle—from ideation and discovery to delivery and iteration.
- Ensure that product experiences meet high standards of usability, reliability, and clinical impact.
- Establish clear metrics, A/B testing frameworks, and feedback loops to continuously measure, learn, and improve product performance.
- Champion the voice of the user and partner organizations throughout the product development process.
- Conduct market analysis and synthesize design research and behavioral insights to inform strategy and prioritization.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product leadership experience, with significant experience leading cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Engineering) in high-growth tech companies.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience.
- Proven success partnering directly with CEOs or founders to turn vision into scalable product execution.
- Combines speed of output and meticulous attention to detail while delegating tasks skillfully.
- Track record of shipping impactful products in health tech, wellness, or consumer digital experiences.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and operational execution skills—able to move seamlessly between long-term vision and short-term delivery.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design research methods, product development processes, and modern engineering practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to apply data and experimentation to guide decision-making.
- Apex communicator, exceptional stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
- Bonus: Experience in digital therapeutics, behavior change/design, and/or regulated healthcare environments.
Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and is based on a number of factors including but not limited to market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,000/year, up to $195,000/year, plus benefits, bonus, and equity.
