What You'll Do
- Define and drive product strategy across multiple products and platforms, with a focus on launching AI products that deliver broad and deep value to law firms.
- Lead and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of extreme ownership, rapid velocity, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, GTM, and leadership to prioritize, build, and ship impactful solutions at scale.
- Balance vision and execution, moving fluidly between long-term strategy and hands-on involvement in AI product design, experimentation, and iteration.
What We Look For
- 10+ years in Product Management, with at least 3+ years specifically leading and scaling PM teams within high-growth SaaS environments (Series C to IPO).
- Deep, hands-on experience shipping AI/ML products.
- You understand the nuances of LLMs, prompt engineering, and the technical trade-offs required to build reliable generative systems.
- You thrive in ambiguity.
- You have successfully navigated the scaling pains of a rapidly expanding organization without losing sight of product quality.
- Strong track record driving both technical and user-facing AI product strategy and execution.
- Customer-obsessed problem solver who turns complexity into intuitive product experiences.
- Effective communicator and cross-functional influencer, including at the executive level.
- You don't just "ship features"; you move metrics. You are obsessed with outcomes, user retention, and building defensible competitive moats through product.
