RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end procurement and purchasing for raw materials, packaging, indirect spend, and services
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with operational and business objectives
- Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing performance management
- Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply assurance across the supply base
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of purchasing, inventory, and vendor master data in SAP S/4HANA
- Establish and maintain procurement policies, controls, and standard operating procedures
- Partner cross-functionally to support new product launches, capacity expansion, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor market and commodity trends and proactively manage supply chain risk
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing procurement team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
- At least 10+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or CPG, preferably in beverage or food
- Demonstrated experience owning and leading enterprise-wide procurement functions
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of delivering measurable cost and supply performance results
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively at the executive level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into operational decisions
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

PAY
- Base Salary Compensation Range: $170,000 - 200,000
