Director of Preconstruction

About the role

Based in Northampton, we are a well-established and growing GC that specializes in commercial construction. This includes both ground-up and renovations, with projects typically ranging from $1-20M in value size. Due to growth, we are hiring a Director of Preconstruction to oversee estimating, business development, and marketing.

Requirements

• Experience in a high level Preconstruction role or as a Senior Estimator at a GC
• Experience with commercial construction

• Sage Estimating experience
• P6 scheduling experience
