Director of Philanthropy, Regional Major Gifts Officer

Essential Functions

• Builds and stewards a dynamic portfolio of 75–125 major gift prospects and donors, with a focus on securing and growing gifts at the $25K–$250K level
• Owns the full donor relationship from qualification through stewardship, with discipline and genuine relationship at the center of every strategy
• Expands the major gift pipeline through physician champion partnerships, regional advisory council engagement and authentic community presence
• Maintains timely, accurate donor records in the philanthropy CRM (Virtuous) and actively engages in portfolio reviews to ensure accountability and momentum

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree or CFRE preferred
• Minimum of 3–5 years of major gift fundraising or philanthropy experience with demonstrated portfolio
