What You'll Do
- Skillfully lead customers through entire sales process from prospecting to closing, launch and collections
- Develop sales strategies to analyze competitors and assess business opportunities
- Continuously evaluate what's driving success and failure, and make improvements
- Define sales process including: prospecting, presentations, pricing, negotiations, contracting, booking rules, and forecasting
- Build sales team culture and collaborate with others to close more business
- Ensure service is delivered at customers' expectations and customers renew
