Director of People and Culture with Tri-Rinse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive human resources experience, including partnership with senior leadership.
• Experience in a multi-site or operational environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive matters effectively.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience owning and optimizing HRIS platforms and people systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Acts with accountability and ownership, and follows through on commitments.

Reporting to

The Director of People and Culture reports to the CEO and serves as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, leadership, and team member matters.
