What You’ll Do
- Lead recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried employees
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Serve as a culture ambassador
- Coordinate employee recognition programs
- Oversee employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with hiring processes
- Support and educate employees on company benefits
- Manage office operations
- Plan and coordinate office events
- Assist with marketing and promotional initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, clients, vendors, and industry partners
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality
- Contribute strategically to employee retention, engagement, and overall organizational growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Office Management, or a similar role
- Experience in the construction industry or a fast-paced operational environment preferred
