What You’ll Do

  • Lead recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried employees
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Serve as a culture ambassador
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs
  • Oversee employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with hiring processes
  • Support and educate employees on company benefits
  • Manage office operations
  • Plan and coordinate office events
  • Assist with marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, clients, vendors, and industry partners
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality
  • Contribute strategically to employee retention, engagement, and overall organizational growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Office Management, or a similar role
  • Experience in the construction industry or a fast-paced operational environment preferred
