Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and influence department activities and delivery of Business services while maintaining continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain operations within budgetary parameters.
• Effectively interact with patients, significant others, and other health team members, while maintaining a standard of professional business service.
• Accountable for the day-to-day management of personnel, including staffing, timekeeping, employee evaluations, counseling, interviewing, and selection of staff within established guidelines.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in a health care business office preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Computer and word processing skills.
• Knowledge of equipment and machines used in the Business Office.
• Knowledge of collection procedures and regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $79,040.00 to $115,024.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
