About the role

The Director of Partnerships will oversee the partnership program, driving revenue through strategic initiatives and ensuring strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue number and set strategies to achieve a partner-sourced revenue target annually
  • Optimize and scale the partner program by auditing performance, identifying gaps, and raising the bar on partner performance
  • Identify, engage, and close partnerships with high-value players in the nonprofit ecosystem
  • Drive partner activation with the same intensity as signing, ensuring partners are generating leads
  • Own the partner relationship end-to-end, managing relationships with the rigor of a key account manager and the strategic vision of someone building for the long term
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partner-sourced leads are followed up quickly, co-marketing programs are executed well, and partners are embedded into broader GTM programs
  • Track partner pipeline, activation rates, and revenue contribution and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership

Requirements

  • 7+ years in SaaS partnerships
  • Nonprofit SaaS experience
  • A proven revenue track record
  • Ruthless target focus

Qualifications

  • Experience building and leading partnerships across multiple products
  • Ability to articulate the value of the program compellingly
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Passion for the nonprofit sector

Pay

Your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and geographic location. The pay range for US candidates is $170,000 - $190,000 USD, with a 75% base + 25% variable comp structure tied to partner revenue.
