About the role
This role fills the gap between families and trusted advisors, becoming the person they reach out to when uncertainty arises.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of relationships with every family on campus.
- Identify potential concerns proactively and address them with discretion and interpersonal skill.
- Maintain consistent visibility in family spaces: morning arrival, afternoon departure, evening gatherings, and select weekend programming.
- Create events, rituals, and engagement points that foster a sense of belonging for families.
- Encourage parent advocacy naturally, delivering experiences of such consistent quality that referrals emerge as a byproduct.
- Sustain the ongoing dialogue about Alpha's AI-enabled model with families managing screen time questions, skeptical relatives, and periodic uncertainty.
- Recognize when a family alignment isn't optimal and manage that reality with poise, preserving community integrity.
Requirements
- Current residence within commuting range of one of these campuses OR willingness to relocate within 60 days (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years in relationship-focused roles serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
- Proven capacity to maintain relationships through complex situations with sophisticated families.
- Authentic presence and communication approach that builds credibility rapidly with affluent, high-expectation families.
- Direct familiarity with independent, private, or alternative education models.
- Sincere conviction in AI-powered education and capacity to sustain that belief authentically across years of family partnerships.
- Nice-to-have: established connections within the local affluent community, private or independent school background, track record navigating sensitive family dynamics, natural talent for designing experiences, prior startup or early-stage organizational experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements.
Skills

Schedule
