Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of relationships with every family on campus.
- Identify potential concerns proactively and address them with discretion and interpersonal skill.
- Maintain consistent visibility in family spaces: morning arrival, afternoon departure, evening gatherings, and select weekend programming.
- Create events, rituals, and engagement points that foster a sense of belonging for families.
- Encourage parent advocacy naturally, delivering experiences of such consistent quality that referrals emerge as an organic byproduct.
- Sustain the ongoing dialogue about Alpha's AI-enabled model with families managing screen time questions, skeptical relatives, and periodic uncertainty.
- Recognize when a family alignment isn't optimal and manage that reality with poise, preserving community integrity.
- Establish the operational rhythms and frameworks this role demands within an environment where standard practices are still being developed.
Requirements
- Current residence within commuting range of one of these campuses OR willingness to relocate within 60 days (candidates with established local community ties preferred).
- Minimum 5 years in relationship-focused roles serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
- Proven capacity to maintain relationships through complex situations with sophisticated families while emerging with trust strengthened.
- Authentic presence and communication approach that builds credibility rapidly with affluent, high-expectation families.
- Direct familiarity with independent, private, or alternative education models.
- Sincere conviction in AI-powered education and capacity to sustain that belief authentically across years of family partnerships.
- Flexibility for non-standard hours: early mornings, late afternoons, evening programming, and periodic weekend activities.
Qualifications
- Established connections within the local affluent community providing immediate, organic credibility on campus.
- Private or independent school background with demonstrated success in family retention and community building.
