Job Description

Oversees daily operations of multiple physician clinics to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Administers practice and organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Affirms quality goals and service metrics across various specialties.

Ensures high-quality, cost-effective healthcare is delivered to patients.

Achieves revenue cycle targets to support the financial health of the organization.

Hiring and Management

Hires, trains, and manages office managers and other clinic staff.

Communicates effectively with physicians and all levels of management to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

Performance Monitoring

Regularly reports and monitors key performance indicators, adjusting operations as needed to meet objectives.

Laws and Regulations

Applies working knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations related to physician offices.

EHR Knowledge and Implementation

Demonstrates deep knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and oversees their implementation and use in an ambulatory setting.

Process Improvement

Identifies and implements process improvement initiatives to enhance clinic operations.

Community Engagement

Buils and maintains effective relationships with patients, families, staff, and the community.

Finance and Revenue Cycle Management

Demonstrates deep knowledge of healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, expense management and budgeting.

$73,700.55 - $137,083.02
