Description

Lead and drive overall operational performance across the manufacturing facility.
Develop and execute strategic operational roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Manage site performance related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
Oversee production, engineering, inventory management, and warehousing activities.
Partner with leadership teams across Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Commercial functions to achieve plant objectives.
Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.
Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and accountability measures across the organization.
Drive capacity planning and operational readiness to support future growth.
Ensure facilities, equipment, and manufacturing processes operate efficiently while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams and leadership talent.
Support both short-term execution and long-range strategic planning initiatives.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and customer focus.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Experience within medical device manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Additional exposure to precision metals, aerospace, automotive, nuclear, or other highly regulated industries will be considered.
  • Proven success leading large operational teams and developing high-performance cultures.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing operational strategies and business plans.
  • Strong understanding of machining, fabrication, manufacturing processes, assembly operations, and production systems.
  • Knowledge of capacity planning, logistics, and operational resource management.
  • Working knowledge of P&L management and key operational drivers.
  • Familiarity with FDA GMP, ISO 13485, and other relevant quality and regulatory standards.
  • Leverage Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement expertise.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and day-to-day execution.
  • Excellent leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
