Responsibilities

  • Serve as the local chief executive agent.
  • Lead the local provider(s) in improving community care and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Ensure the execution of daily operations.
  • Manage ongoing operations, services, personnel performance, and office management.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a health-related field.
  • Two years of managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Must not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business, as described in company compliance policies.
  • Intermediate demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
  • Valid state driver’s license.
  • Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
  • Dependable transportation in good working condition.
  • Able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Licensed physician, registered nurse, licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or licensed nursing home administrator.
  • Previous experience in a home health care or hospice program.
