Director of Operations Home Health- Sign on bonus $10K
Management$90k–$95k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview? The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to parse the posting.

We need to remove EEO boilerplate (the last paragraph). Also remove any duplicated lines? Not many duplicates.
We need to include sections: maybe Overview (but not required heading? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we must include Overview; but we can include a heading like "About the role" or "Overview". The posting has an overview paragraph at top. We could put that under About the role
or maybe Overview
but they gave examples; we can choose any appropriate heading. Probably "About the role" is appropriate.
We need Benefits: The posting includes benefits: Choice of PPO or HSA medical plans with free telehealth. Paid time off. Up to $1,000 in free healthcare services with Amedisys HSA plan. Up to $500 in wellness rewards for activities-use for spa, gym, sports, hobbies, pets and more.*Mental health support with up to five free counseling sessions through the Employee Assistance program. 401(k) with a company match. Family support with infertility treatment coverage*, adoption reimbursement, paid parental and family caregiver leave. Fleet vehicle program (restrictions apply) and mileage reimbursement. And more. Benefit eligibility can vary by position and shift status. Participation requires enrollment in an Amedisys medical plan.
We need to include Benefits section if posting actually states them. Yes, it does. So we create Benefits
with a - list.
Pay: The posting says "Attractive pay $90k- $95K" and also mentions sign on bonus $10K. So we have pay info. Should we create a Pay section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state pay: $90k- $95K and sign on bonus $10K. So we can include Pay section.
Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly besides Full-Time. Could we include Schedule? The posting says Full-Time. That's schedule info. Should we create Schedule section? It says "Full-Time". That's a schedule. The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state Full-Time, so we could include Schedule. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and Schedule? But they are separate headings examples. Might be okay to include both if they have content. However "Full-Time" is minimal but still substantive. Could we embed schedule in Overview? Might be better to keep separate sections for clarity. But they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having a Schedule section with just "Full-Time" might be thin. Could we incorporate schedule into Overview or Pay? Probably better to include Pay section with salary and sign on bonus, and maybe mention Full-Time there. But they said never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state Full-Time, but we could incorporate schedule into Overview or Pay. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we omit Schedule section and include Full-Time in Overview or Pay. Let's decide: We'll include Pay section with salary and sign on bonus, and mention Full-Time there as part of pay? Or we could add a brief line in Overview: "Full-Time position with sign-on bonus $10K and attractive pay $90k- $95K". That would keep sections fewer.
Thus sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay (maybe include sign-on bonus). We'll not include Schedule.
We need to remove EEO boilerplate and any duplicated lines. Also remove "Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience." That's part of Qualifications? Actually appears after Qualifications bullet. It's a statement about compensation variation; could be considered part of Pay or Qualifications? It's not a qualification per se, but it's about compensation. Might be better to put in Pay section as note. However we already have Pay section; we could include that note there. But the instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that sentence somewhere. It's about compensation variation; we can put it in Pay section as a note.
Also need to remove the EEO statement at end.
Now let's extract content for each section.
About the role / Overview:
Original: "Overview ✨ RN Director of Operations | Full-Time | Sign on bonus $10K✨ Make a difference every day as an Amedisys director of operations Join Amedisys-one of the largest and most trusted home health and hospice companies in the U.S.-where flexibility, purpose and growth come together to help patients heal where they feel most comfortable, at home. Attractive pay $90k- $95K What's In It For You Choice of PPO or HSA medical plans with free telehealth. Participation requires enrollment in an Amedisys medical plan."
We need to separate benefits from overview? The "What's In It For You" is benefits. So we should move benefits to Benefits section. So Overview should be just the introductory paragraph: "Make a difference every day as an Amedisys director of operations Join Amedisys-one of the largest and most trusted home health and hospice companies in the U.S.-where flexibility, purpose and growth come together to help patients heal where they feel most comfortable, at home." plus maybe mention Full-Time and sign on bonus? But we might move sign on bonus to Pay. Let's keep Overview as the descriptive paragraph about role and company.
Thus Overview text: "Make a difference every day as an Amedisys director of operations Join Amedisys-one of the largest and most trusted home health and hospice companies in the U.S.-where flexibility, purpose and growth come together to help patients heal where they feel most comfortable, at home."
We need to ensure we keep the sentence about "Attractive pay $90k- $95K" maybe in Pay.
Now Responsibilities: copy the block.
Qualifications: copy the block but remove the EEO line at end. Also remove the line "Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience." That's not a qualification; we will move to Pay.
Thus Qualifications: "Associates degree in business or clinical-related field. Two years of home care experience and at least one year of supervisory experience; or two years of experience in leadership/management in healthcare, home health or hospice. Preferred Bachelor's degree in business or clinical related-field with a current license. Home health experience. Current license to practice as an RN or other healthcare professional, specific to the state you're assigned to work."
Now Benefits: list items.
